Modular Cleanroom

The Connect2Cleanrooms modular cleanroom concept is ideal to create ISO qualified, clean & particle controlled areas for temporary, portable as well as permanent applications. The modular cleanroom utilizes a robust but elegant self supporting frame out of powder coated or stainless steel and can be set up in any existing room; 'dirty' areas as well as inside existing cleanrooms to create a local micro climate of a higher class. Choose from transparent, 'food grade' or metal solid panels, softwall or hybrid (combination of any). On request we provide flush walls and ceiling finish.

The self supporting structure in a modular design form which significantly reduces on site engineering and assembly time, is one of the main advantages of the modular cleanroom concept. Another main advantage; no need for any planning permissions so estate departments and bureaucratic interventions are minimised.

The cleanrooms are normally installed and validated by our qualified personnel, including ISO accreditation according to the standard and guidelines, including report. The cleanrooms also come in self assembly kit form and can be installed by yourself. We offer ISO8 (class 100.000) up to ISO4 (class 10) solutions. (GMP A, B, C, D)

Because of the bespoke and flexible nature of the Connect2Cleanrooms concept, the clean rooms can be expanded if demand increases and additional space can also be "added on". Your investment is solid, not static.

Tailored cleanroom solutions

No project is too small or too big; customized dimensions are available ranging from a few square meter up to hundreds of m2 and allow easy modification/expansion/replacement to adapt to future applications. Heights up to about 5 meter and single ceiling spans up to 7 meter are possible. Leadtimes are short; standard master and slave units are available ex-stock, customized solutions can be supplied within 2 - 3 weeks after design approval.

Options include: gowning rooms, lighting, air conditioning (cooling/heating), UV blocking strips/panels, pressure gauges and fan speed controllers.

If needed, the cleanrooms can be installed over and around existing equipment or furniture which minimizes intervention or downtime of your proces or research
