Softwall modular cleanroom - Fluid and Gas systems
This modular softwall cleanroom is being utilized by the user to create a hi-end, very flexible ISO class 5 / 6 clean environment within an existing uncontrolled manufacturing facility. The cleanroom is equipped with an integrated gowning / airlock for both personnel and goods. It has a separate section which provides a higher number of air changes through 5 off ULPA filters to create a local ISO5 micro climate for critical processes.
The clean room is fitted with transparent softwall PVC strips all around. To handle incoming goods, a smart sliding door system has been utilized, which allows the user to slide away the PVC strips before bringing in the goods. This sliding system avoids physical contact between the walls / strips and the critical fluids and gas handling components. The main applications for this cleanroom is the assembly of hitech fluid and gas systems for many demanding industries.
