Modular softwall cleanroom - Medical device manufacturing and packaging
As a result of a company incident, the immediate need for cleanroom capacity arised at a respected manufacturer of medical devices. The above shown image shows the supplied cleanroom within the existing building. ProCleanroom had to take limited overall space, low internal height and existing ceiling restrictions into account during the design stage (piping, etc.). The installed modular softwall cleanroom is a perfect fit for the existing building. The cleanroom is equipped with an integral change area as well as an external goods airlock. A mid height rail has been installed all around in order to restrict access. The cleanroom is in use for medical device manufacturing and packaging. In the near future the modular cleanroom can be easily expanded, modified or moved. ProCleanroom again achieved the delivery and installation within the scheduled deadline.
