Modulare softwall cleanroom for nanotechnology application

 

This modular ISO class 7 modular softwall cleanroom of 36m2 in total, has been installed inside an existing uncontrolled manufacturing building. The cleanroom has been utlized for hitech equipment assembly in the nanotechnology industry. Because of the short delivery period, competative price level when compared to traditional cleanrooms and its flexibility, ProCleanroom has been awarded with this project. The cleanroom has an external change area of 2 x 2m, the internal height of the cleanroom is 3m and the ceiling has fluorescent lights. The solid construction of the concept ensures years of troublefree operation in a demanding environment. The cleanroom will be relocated within several months to a foreign business location. The investment is solid but not static.
